The Festival

Bloomfield’s Italian heritage dates back to the early 1900s and Little Italy Days celebrates that tradition. Started in 2002, the festival has grown into a four-day award-winning event with an estimated attendance over 50,000! Little Italy Days won first place for both the City of Pittsburgh “Best Special Event” and the statewide Townie Awards. A variety of top-notch entertainment performs on multiple stages throughout the event and there is more food than you can imagine. There is so much to see, do, and eat you’ll want to come back multiple days!

Dr Zoot featuring Simona De Rosa

If you want to hear great music, look no further.  From Italian music to an Elvis impersonator, A wide range of entertainers will perform on three stages throughout the festival. This year the phenomenal Italian singer Simona De Rosa, from Rome, Italy will be performing with Pittsburgh’s own Dr Zoot on Friday, August 22 from 6:30 – 9:30. We are still working on the entertainment schedule and will be adding more acts, so check back for updates.
